SYSTEM RESTORED / BUSINESS AS USUAL
CURRENT STATUS: PHONE SYSTEM IS IN PLANNED OUTAGE
USE MOBILE PHONE FOR OUTBOUND CALLING
CURRENT STATUS: GOING BAD
To comply with our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) we are relocating our phone servers to a datacentre in Auckland.
NOTE: This outage relates to landline phone only
NOTE: COMPUTER USAGE WILL REMAIN WORKING DURING THIS TIME
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO PRIOR:
Prior to 3 July, we ask you to:

Ensure your site mobile phone is working & fully charged.

If it is a prepaid phone, ensure there is sufficient credit to make outbound calls if required.
DURING THE OUTAGE:
-
Inbound / outbound calling from/to your landline phones will not be successful.

Use the site mobile phone to make all outbound calls (trying to keep calls to a minimum)

BUSINESS AS USUAL
The changes to the phone system have been applied successfully.
Landline phone has been restored and is now ‘Business as usual’

STATUS UPDATE
The phone system is in the planned outage.
Any Inbound / outbound calling is not possible via the landline phone.
Please use mobile phones for external calling.
We will continue to update thoughout the night.
