Planned Maintenance – Rescall Outage

Scheduled for Thurdsay, October 5 2017 From 7pm – 9pm NZDT

 

ON TRACK FOR SCHEDULED DATE

As part of continual ICT upgrades, we will be upgarding the power supply for the  network gear in the Palmerston North office. This will result in access to Rescall and CCTV cameras being unavailable at all MASH sites while the work is being completed

 

NOTE: This outage relates to Rescall & CCTV cameras only.

 

NOTE: OTHER MASH APPLICATIONS (I.E  TimeTarget, MASHPit, and emails) WILL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO PRIOR TO 7 PM:
Prior to 7 PM on 5 October, we ask you to:

  • Update your Rescall notes

  • Log out of Rescall

WHAT TO DO DURING AND AFTER THE OUTAGE:

  • Revert to manual notes until after 9 pm

  • Enter manual notes into ResCall after the outage

   * Our aim is to have rescall working again by 9 pm.
